red, white + blue board

it may be tricky to come up with a list of foods that are red, white or blue… but when you stop to think about the options, really there are quite a few. this is a shared board that we enjoy putting together for america’s birthday. i love it because it’s so festive + unique from most combinations.

quick refuel board

meat, cheese, fruit, crackers, nuts, protein–we love this board as an easy way to get some quick nourishment when we have either waited too long to eat or aren’t sure what we need–hey, it happens!

easter bunny board

there are many ways to recreate this cute one depending on what your family likes. don’t forget to introduce a few new veggies or foods that your family maybe hasn’t tried yet! this is the moment to show them how it can be fun to try new things. we find that when our kids get to help prep the food, they are more likely to try it + oftentimes find they like it too!

fresh + fruity

we love this board for all the protein + fresh fruit plus, most of these items are whole foods, which always makes me feel like we’re winning as parents. i know that i feel better eating foods that can be found mostly in nature + on our table with minimal processing, so sharing these kinds of foods with our kids feels like one of the best things we can give them.

st. patrick’s day board

this was a last minute board we threw together for a bit o’ family fun; sent a couple ideas to ryan while he was en route to the grocery store + he grabbed what stood out to him…take a look below at some before + after images below–it’s always easy to see what was a hit

black + white dessert board

while picking up a few provisions for our nye celebrations, i quickly thought of a few black + white snackfoods we could place on a board for our family to share + graze on this exciting eve of a new year.

sour, sweet & salty

after a fall afternoon full of activity, packing the board with some protein + produce was just what our kids needed!
