late-summer harvest board

here’s an example of something ryan likes to call “what we had in the pantry”, but it’s always a little different because of what gets eaten in a week. if you have school-aged kids, then you know between the long days of learning at school + the growth spurts, no food is safe.

by the time thursday rolls around each week, we’re all craving a special kind of comfort food–what better to satisfy than something sweet + something savory? what flavors could be any more representative of late-summer than peaches + tomatoes? these two items really make this board! these pretzel nuggets are a recent find because they are filled with almond butter instead of the usual peanut butter + are a new family favorite.
